Our Story…
Each table I create is more than wood and resin — it’s a reflection of a personal walk with Jesus Christ. In the quiet early hours, during time in prayer and Scripture, we often hear something from the Lord that cuts through the noise - a word, a truth, a correction, or a promise. These moments shape us. Sometimes they bring conviction. Other times, comfort. But always, they draw us closer to the One who shapes our lives — and for me, my craft.
Out of these encounters, a theme emerges. A name. A story. Not just for me — but for someone else who might need to hear it too. That’s where each table begins. Whether it’s The Midnight Crossing — a table born from a season of uncertainty — or The Vine & The Branches — a reminder to stay rooted in Christ, every piece carries its own testimony.
These tables are named in response to God’s voice, so that they carry not only beauty, but meaning — something that speaks.
This is JAH Fine Woodworking — where each table tells a story, and every story points back to Him. We gladly work with client’s goals and ideas to create the tables they desire.
At JAH Fine Woodworking, every table is created with a story — not just of wood and resin, but a personal story of fulfillment in Him. We believe the wood grain tells of growth, the cracks speak of trials, and the finished piece is a testimony of transformation. We see beauty not in perfection, but in restoration — and we aim to reflect that in everything we build.
Rooted in Columbus, Ohio, and inspired by faith, JAH is more than our name — it’s a declaration: JAH, short for Yahweh, the eternal Creator and Sustainer of all things. His creative spirit is the source of our craftsmanship and the heart of our work.
We handcraft one-of-a-kind resin and hardwood tables, each one carefully named and accompanied by a faith-inspired story. These stories come from Scripture, a prayer, and the emotions the piece evokes —whether it feels like a quiet well of living water or the steady flame of an altar.
Every table is meant to be a focal point for gathering, sharing, or displaying — for families, servants, creatives, businesses, and those who value presence. These tables are not mass-produced. They re deeply personal, soul-filled, and made to last generations.
